Jewelry Care and Consideration

We take great care in accurately displaying our jewelry. However, our jewelry is handmade and as a result, jewelry pieces may contain minor variations in color, size, shape and design.

Please handle the jewelry with care and use caution when wearing the jewelry, protect it from impact against hard surfaces and avoid contact with abrasive surfaces and harsh chemicals.

Our metal pieces may tarnish or discolor over time. Store the metal pieces in a cool, dry place and wipe the pieces with a soft cloth after wearing them.


Standard orders are processed once payment has been received and are shipped within 2 to 4 business days. Custom orders require additional time depending on each order.


Out-of-Stock Item

If an order is placed and an item is out-of-stock, the customer will receive an email notification. Items that are out-of-stock will be promptly shipped as per the original shipping method the customer has selected. We offer Complimentary Free USPS Priority shipping on all orders to the continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii. Below are delivery estimates and, although we want to be as accurate as possible when calculating these estimates, they should be viewed as guidelines. The following estimates reflect shipping alone and do not include production time. All orders require a signature for delivery.

Paypal Payment

All Duke & Duchess Jewelers orders will be processed in US Dollars (USD). To pay for online purchases, customers are required to use PayPal, which accepts payments using any of the major credit cards. After selecting PayPal as the method of payment, the customer will be directed to log in to a pre-existing PayPal account or to open a new account. The customer should proceed to follow the on-screen instructions for payment.

Limited Six-Month Warranty 

Our jewelry comes with a limited warranty for a period of six months from the date of original purchase. This warranty is limited to repairing damage caused through normal wear and tear; it does not include damage caused by accident, misuse, modification or negligence. This warranty extends only to the original purchaser of the jewelry. Any implied warranty implied by state law is also limited to the term of this warranty, six months from the date of original purchase. 

The customer’s eligibility of this warranty is determined upon our receipt and inspection of the jewelry. If we determine that the damage to the jewelry is minor and caused by normal wear and tear, the damage will be repaired free of charge. If the damage is more than normal wear and tear, the customer may choose to have us repair the jewelry at a cost to the customer or, have us return the jewelry to the customer without repairs. The customer is responsible for any costs related to the shipment and return of the jewelry and for any costs resulting from damage or theft of the jewelry during transit.

Return & Cancellation Policy

Given the exclusivity of our jewelry, we will not make changes to an order once it is placed. For standard orders, please contact us with any return or cancellation requests within 24 hours of placing the order. We will do everything we can to accommodate all requests. Custom orders cannot be returned or cancelled after the order is placed. The customer will have 7 business days to return the jewelry from the date it is received. The customer is required to provide a tracking number for all return orders. 

To be eligible for return and to ensure full credit, the jewelry must be unused, undamaged and returned in the original packaging.

Jewelry with a Certificate of Authenticity and Certificate Holder must be returned with that Certificate and the individual serial number on the jewelry must be identical to the serial number on that Certificate. If, (1) the Certificate or the serial number on the jewelry is damaged or destroyed or (2) the number on the jewelry does not match the number on the Certificate, the jewelry is not eligible for return and will be refused upon receipt. The original Thank You letter and warranty card must be provided with the returned jewelry.

Once we receive the order, if it is eligible for return, the customer’s refund will be processed within 7 business days. Please note that once we initiate the credit return process of an order, the processing time will be determined by the customer’s bank, which may require additional days to process the refund.

The refund will be issued for the original price of the jewelry and in the same manner in which payment was made at the time of purchase. The shipping fees related to the return of that jewelry are the customer’s sole responsibility. The customer may incur additional charges if the return order is international. The customer is responsible for any international shipping costs, including any duties and taxes. 

Wholesale Orders

Duke & Duchess Jewelers does not accept wholesale orders at this time.
